CHERNOBYL SERIES – FULL SERIES EXHIBITION IN OSLO

I’m very happy to share that my photography project Chernobyl Series will now be exhibited in its entirety at Galleri A in Oslo from 25. March - 18. April. 2026.

Vernissage: March 25.

This project has followed me for several years. The photographs were taken in and around Chernobyl — the site of the world’s worst nuclear disaster. Yet today, the landscape also tells another story: nature’s remarkable ability to return.

Trees grow through concrete. Vegetation reclaims abandoned buildings. The silence is almost overwhelming.

The project is therefore not only about the catastrophe, but also about resilience, time, and the quiet power of nature.

A couple of the works were shown during the Christmas exhibition at Galleri A earlier, but this will be the first time the entire series is presented together in Oslo.
