Last Chance to See “Harbour” and “Playground” at Galleri A
This week marks the final opportunity to see two of my photographs from the Chernobyl Series at Galleri A in Oslo.
On Thursday, August 27, Galleri A is hosting the finissage of its summer exhibition, UTVALG summer 2026, from 6–8 PM. It will be a lovely way to close out the exhibition, with a glass of something, good conversations, and one final opportunity to experience the works on display.
I’m very happy to have “Harbour” and “Playground” included in the exhibition.

The photographs are part of my ongoing Chernobyl Series, a body of work exploring the traces left behind in places where human activity has suddenly come to an end. The images are as much about time, nature and absence as they are about the physical remains of Chernobyl.
There is always something special about seeing photographs in a gallery environment. A photograph can feel very different when encountered on a wall, removed from the context of a screen and given the space to breathe.
If you’ve been meaning to visit the exhibition, this is the final chance.
Finissage: Thursday, August 27, 6–8 PM

Last day of the exhibition: Sunday, August 30
Galleri A, Oslo
A big thank you to Galleri A for including “Harbour” and “Playground” in this summer’s exhibition.
Hope to see some of you there.
